Conference 2023

The Department of Biotechnology proudly announces the first-ever national-level conference on biotechnology. Named the National Biotechnology Conference 2023, this widely anticipated conference is set to take place on the 11th and 12th of May at Kathmandu University. The conference aims to address the challenges and opportunities of biotechnology in Nepal by connecting the academia of different disciplines with its industrial counterparts.
The conference will include keynote lectures, roundtable discussions, online sessions, as well as oral and poster presentations. Expert speakers from the respective fields will be sharing their experiences and discussing the latest breakthroughs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with academic and business professionals and learn about educational and job opportunities.
