Celebrating two decades of biotechnology in Nepal
The conference, set to take place later this year, will bring together experts from various fields in biotechnology to discuss and exchange ideas on emerging trends and research findings in the industry.
Dr. Sameer Mani Acharya Dixit is a highly accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in Public Health, having worked as a national consultant on various projects related to infectious diseases. Dr. Dixit has authored numerous international and national peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and has been recognized for their outstanding work, receiving the prestigious Alumni Award for Social Impact by Alma Mater Wollongong University (Australia) in 2019 and International Alumni of the Year by their Alma Mater Western Sydney University (Australia) in 2017. Dr. Dixit has also served as an advisor to the Nepal Government Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Health and Population, and has been a member of a high-level technical committee formed by the Ministry of Health and Population to tackle the global coronavirus outbreak (COVID19). Dr. Dixit regularly provides valuable inputs on issues related to life sciences and health research to Nepal government agencies, private sector, and academia.
